Research, Theory, and Applied Psychological Science

I am a licensed psychologist and researcher with training in clinical psychology and law, working at the intersection of legal-psychological theory, complex adaptive systems science, and technology. My primary focus is research and scholarship.

What I Work On

Legal-Psychological Research

I develop and validate formal, mechanism-level frameworks for analyzing coercive influence in legal and forensic contexts. My current work integrates complex adaptive systems theory with established behavioral science to address the evidentiary gap between psychological science and legal doctrine — with applications to undue influence, coercive control, human trafficking, and algorithmic radicalization.

Psychological Technology and Assessment Tools

I design and build non-clinical, open-access psychological exploration tools grounded in complex adaptive systems theory and behavioral science. My projects prioritize data minimization, user autonomy, and deployability in real-world environments.

Clinical Practice

I maintain a limited individual psychotherapy practice grounded in depth psychology and existential-humanistic approaches. Clinical inquiries should be directed to my practice site at Psychology Today profile.
